Skin Spa Policies "effective 6th Jun 2019"

By booking an appointment, purchasing a gift card, product or service you agree to the below policies. 

Our Promise to you
We promise 100% satisfaction with our service and treatments. Any less, we want to know about it. Let us know within 7 days, and we will re-do the treatments again, at no cost.

Gift Cards
Have an expiry of 36 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated and are not redeemable for cash or gift cards. Consumer Law applies. 

Spa Parties
To secure a date for your spa party (minimum of 4 people) a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This non-refundable deposit is $120 or $175 depending on whether the 45min or 75min option is chosen.

Pool & Hot Tub Facility use 
What's ours is yours. As our guest, you can enjoy the exclusive use of the outdoor swimming pool and hot tub facility located on Level 1.This facility is a common area of the resort and not available to the public.

Please bring your own swimwear and towels should you wish to use this facility. This cool perk is available exclusively to our guests who have just enjoyed an Advanced Skin Spa service. 

Booking Policy
Bookings are essential. We require Gift Card number or Credit Card details at the time of booking for all services over 60 mins.

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your start time, to ensure that your appointment runs for the full duration of your scheduled booking time and the appropriate consult forms are completed. If you are running late, the skin spa reserves the right to cut your treatment time to ensure that our therapists are not late for their next appointment.

Public Holidays
We still love pampering you on public holidays and are open most excluding Christmas & New Years Day, however, an additional 15% surcharge is applicable to assist with increased staff and resource costs. That's only $15 per $100. 

Cancellations & Non-Attendance
Your time is precious to us, so please consider ours.

We respectfully ask to please provide 48-hour notice of cancellation of your appointment. All appointments are subject to a full charge for the scheduled services without a 48 hours cancellation or non-attendance. Gift vouchers will be forfeited.

Ethics Policy
Because sometimes life doesn't always go to plan, unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances do happen; we care about you and understand that sometimes "shit" happens.

In this instance, a cancellation fee will not be applicable. This involves things such as personal injury that prevents clients from getting to appointments, any other potential emergencies that are genuine and prevent clients from attending, or death, debilitating sickness or disease.

We trust you completely and really hope any of the above doesn't happen to you but if it does, we care more about you. 

The below reasons are not covered by our Ethics policy & will attract the cancellation policy;

We Reserve the Right to Update and Revise These Terms of Use at Any Time
Things happen quickly, both inside and outside of Advanced Skin Spa, so we will sometimes review these Terms to make sure they accurately reflect developments in current law and our business operations. We reserve the right to update and revise these Terms at any time. We’ll make sure to also change the “Effective Date” at the top of this page so you can tell if these Terms have changed since your last visit. Please review these Terms regularly because once we post any changes, your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
