Hate her or love her you cant deny that Kim Kardashian has a flawless face! We have all been lead to believe over the years that it is all down to botox and fillers but through all my research I have now found this ladies secrets and it is not under a filler needle!

She is the queen of trying new and innovative beauty treatments and of course making them famous. Some may be crazy but she is obviously onto something to get that youthful skin. As much as I dont want to say it - there is method to her antics!

Do we all remember that splash of tabloid when she had 'the vampire facial'? This was a particular facial that took blood from the arm and was injected back into the face. This was an extreme typical beverly hills treatment but the idea behind it is to get the plasma from the blood back to the face with the aim of skin rejuvination. Now stay with me - this may sound crazy but it all makes sense - In order to make our skin younger and healthier we need to exfoliate and break the glue that holds the lipid barrier of the skin so that the new nourished and healthy blood can come through and thus make healthier skin. The vampire facial was just a more extreme way of getting that blood to the surface. She may not be getting that facial on a regular basis but she has stuck with the same outlook and is actually a big fan of needling. Skin needling does exactly as I previously mentioned. It breaks down the barrier to a very deep level but then allows fresh new skin to come through. This can be used for skin rejuvination or to get rid of pigment or lines and wrinkles. It may be a little uncomfortable but if Kim can do it......
